  • Communication to strengthen, Corporate Culture and Leadership Standards.

Employee Engagement is a positive attitude held by the employee towards the organisation and it's values. An engaged employee is aware of business context, and works with colleagues to improve performance within the job for the benefit of the organisation (Robinson, Perryman & Hayday; Institute of Employment Studies, 2004).

There is growing evidence that high Employee Engagement in the long run significantly contributes to the success of a company. Aspects of Employee Engagement are satisfaction, pride, loyalty and willingness to be an advocate for the organisation.
